Eurythmy Webinars and Eurythmy4you Self Help Kit

May 2020

Due to the corona crisis shutdown,  Eurythmy4you  has been offering free online webinars with eurythmy since 23 March 2020 to strengthen body awareness and the immune system.

Thus far the webinars have taken place twice a week for 6 weeks in English and German, 24 events in all. Between 70 and 100 people from all over the world took part each time. Participation was free, donations to cover expenses were welcome. It was a great experience and the feedback has been very positive. It works! Participants received the  replays  free of charge.

The next round of English and German eurythmy webinars  will start on 15 May.

Participation is again free of charge.

The Eurythmy4you Self Help Kit

On 27th April the research project "The Eurythmy4you Self Help Kit" has been launched. Every week three English and German language videos with a therapeutically effective eurythmy exercise gets published on YouTube.

Viewers are asked to calmly perform an exercise, perceive the effects and meditate on the potential application of this exercise. The results may be posted as a comment under the video. By January 3, 2021 105 videos will be published in both languages and hope for many contributions.

With this project Eurythmy4you wants to develop a new learning method by using the collective knowledge available in our body intelligence as a resource for self-help. Together we know more than individual researchers can dream up.

In contrast to the weekly videos on YouTube,  about 15 to 24 videos will be published with different exercises for one vowel at a time on Eurythmy4you. The first 20 A-exercises are ready to be tried out and commented:
